One-pot synthesis of 7-bromo-1-[4-(1-cyano-1-methylethyl)]-phenyl-[1,2,4]-triazole-[4,3-a]-quinoxalin

摘要: [1,2,4]-Triazole-[4,3-a]-quinoxaline is an important component of many drugs. The yield of the reported methods for triazole cyclization step was usually as low as 20%. In this article, the triazole cyclization step was successfully done by using microwave method with a high yield of 75% for the first time.
