Two tigogenyl glycosides containing N-acetylglucosamine were synthesized. Their structures were confirmed by ¹H and ¹³C NMR spectra. The shielding effect caused by benzoyl groups was elucidated by ¹H NMR, COSY, HSQC, HMBC spectroscopy.
