Structure and Humidity Sensitivity of Complex Oxides Fe₂O₃-TiO₂-K₂O

A series of sintered complex oxides were prepared from T-Fe₂O₃ and K₂CO₃ (in molar ratio of 95:5) with addition of TiO₂. The XRD results showed that addition of TiO₂ increased the porosity of the mixed oxides and eliminated the formation of U-K₂O and KFe₁₁O₁₇ phases, which usually cause the hysteresis of such a material.
