From the methylene chloride extract of the leaves and stems of Taxus cuspidata Sieb et Zucc twelve taxane diterpenoids have been afforded. The structures of two novel taxane diterpenes, named 10-deacetyltaxinine B (1) and taxacustin (2) were characterized by spectroscopic techniques and X-ray diffraction analysis.
