REGIOSELECTIVE SYNTIIESIS OF OLIGONUCLEOTIDES

A new bifunctional phosphitylating agent 9-fluorenemethylphosphorodiimidazolide has been synthesized,and its high regioselectivity was demonstrated by the synthesis of a series of oligonucleotides.
