The title compound was prepared and characterized.Its crystal Structurewas determined by X-ray diffraction analysis,and consists of segregated cation and anion stacks in the perpendicular directions.Crystal data:monoclinic, P2₁/c,Mr=765.21,a=7.882(2)Å,b=15.526(4)Å,c=13.736(2)Å,β=99.87(2)⁰,V=1656.0(6)Å³,Dc=1.53g/cm³,Z=2,F(000)=780,R=0.040 and R_w=0.056.
