The electrochemical oxidation process of sulfur dioxide on the poly CoPP electrode was studied by cyclic voltammetry,steadystate method,chronoamperometry and chronopotentiometry.The actions of sulfur dioxide have been compared with that on the nobel metalel ectrods.The mechanism of the oxidation of sulfur dioxide has been discussed.
