Preparation of Supported Poroux Alumina Membrane

The porous alumina menbranes supported on porous ceramic of pore size 1.1~1.6um were prepared by the sol-gel method,following repeated impregnating-drying-calcin-ing procedures. The number of repeating cycles could be reduced when the sols were modified by PVA and La (NO₃)₃.
