Synthesis and Characterization of α-Acylaminocyclododecanone

Twelve title compounds were synthesized by acylation of α-aminocyclododecanone(Ⅱ) and characterized by IR,MS,¹H NMR and elemental analysis.Preliminary bioassay shows that some of them have good herbicidal activity against barnyard and rape.During the synthysis of Ⅱ a crystalline compound was separated.Its structure was determined to be bis(o-1,10-decylene) pyrazine by IR,MS,¹H NMR,¹³C NMR and elemental analysis and confirmed by its synthesis from Ⅱ.
