Twenty one new O-(1,2,2,2 tetrachloro) ethyl-O-substituted-phenyl-phospho-ramidothionates were synthesized and their structures were characterized through IR, NMR(¹H、³¹ P) and MS. The O-(1,2,2,2-tetrachloro) ethyl-thiophosphoric hydrazides could be transferred into 1,3,4,2-oxadiazaphospholanes under alkaline condition. The biological activity of the products was also tested and some compounds showed a high activity against nematode.
