The complexes A-β-M'_xH_y-[GeW₉M₃(H₂O)₃O₃₇·nH₂O(M=Cr³⁺,Mn²⁺,Co²⁺,Bu₄N⁺,K⁺) were prepared stereospecifically.Their IR and UV-vis spec-tra,polarograms and cyclic voltammetric grams, magnetic moment and susceptibility,as well as XPS and ESR spectra were recorded and their catalytic property was studied.
