MOISTURE SENSOR PREPARED BY POLYMER MEMBRANE

The moisture sensing characteristics of three kinds of compounds prepared by quaternized poly(γ-aminpropyltriethoxysilane) were examined. The results showed that the moisture sensors have the sensitivity>10³(30%~90%RH), hysteresis<2%, response time<30s, good selectivity and reusability.
