Synthesis and Antitumor Activity of New Metalloporphyrin 5-Fluorouracil Compounds

Four new porphyrin-5-fluorouracil compounds were designed and synthesized with yields of 27.1%~58.3% and mp300 ℃.The reaction conditions were optimized,and the separation method of the target products was explored.The compositions and structures of these compounds were confirmed by IR,UV-Vis,¹H NMR,and MS.The antitumor activity experimental results showed that D1,C2,D2 compounds inhibited distinctly the growth of cancer S₁₈₀ in the mice.
