Synthesis of Novel Arbutin C-glycoside Derivates and Their Inhibition to Tyrosinase

A series of stable and effective 4-hydroxyphenyl-D-glucopyranoside derivates were synthesized.The 10 new compounds were characterized by ¹H NMR and HRMS.The preliminary test of bioactivity showed that they displayed notable inhibitions to tyrosinase.The inhibitions of compounds 13,14,15,16 and 19 to tyrosinase were equal or better than that of natural arbutin.
