REF₃(RE=Y、 La、 Ce、 Nd、 Gd、 Tb、 Dy、 Er and Yb) and RE_1-xB_xF_3-y(RE=Y、 La、Ce、Gd and Yb;B=Ca.Sr and Ba) were prepared, and their structure and electric proper-ties were studied. La_0.95Ba_0.05F_3-y and Ce_0.95Ca_0.05F_3-y are solid solutions. Y_0.71Ca_0.29F_3-y and Gd_0.85Ca_0.15F_3-y are new compounds, their lattice parameters have been calcula-ted.The RE_1-xB_xF_3-y showed greater conductivities than REF₃. Some of oxygen sensorsmade by RE_1-xB_xF_3-y solid electrolytes could be used promisingly at 150℃.
