PREPARATION OF THREE-COMPONENT GAS-SENSITIVE ELEMENT OF SINTERING TYPE

Some gas-sensitive elements were prepared by sintering the mixture of SnO₂, ZnO and Fe₂O₃. Most of the elements reported here were found to have higher sensitivity to C₄H₁₀, shorter response time and small dissipation value.
