Cu/Al₂O₃ powder has been prepared by chemical deposition under ultrasonic irradiation. The effects of deposition parameters on the phase structure and morphology of the deposited Cu layer have been studied by XRD and metallographic analysis. Under suitable conditions, Cu/Al₂O₃ powder with uniform thickness and high Cu% can be obtained.
