Synthesis and Biological Activity of 1-Arylaminopropyl Silatranes

Ten 1-substituted arylaminopropyl silatranes were synthesized in yield of 43%~82% by the functional group transformation reaction on silatranes. Their structures were identified by elemental analysis, IR, ¹H NMR and MS measurements. Some of the compounds were found to have a good antibacterial activity.
