Four alkoxo complexes [Cp₂Mo(PMe₃) OR]⁺OT_s^-(R=Me, Et, Prⁿ, Prⁱ) were synthesized and characterized by IR, ¹H NMR and elemental analysis.The β-hydrogen elimination of these complexes in dimethyl sulfoxide gave monohydrido complex [Cp₂Mo(PMe₃)H]⁺OT_s^- and a ketone or aldehyde.
