TiO₂/SiO₂ composite porous material was prepared with the activated carbon as the template and silicic acid tetraethyl ester and tetrabutyl titanate as the precursors in supercritical carbon dioxide (SC-CO₂).The effects of coating pressure and temperature on the coating ratio under the supercritical CO₂ were studied.The results show that at 40℃,the optimal coating pressure is 22 MPa;at the same coating pressure,the optimal coating T is 70℃.The X-ray diffraction (XRD) result shows that the product is composite of anatase TiO₂,rutile TiO₂ and crystal SiO₂.BET surface area calculated from the nitrogen adsorption isotherms of the product is up to 144.44 m²/g and the average pore diameter is about 7 nm.SEM experimental results indicate the activated carbon template is well replicated by the porous product and TEM results show the nano-particles are well dispersed in the product.
