(E)-3-(2-chlorophenyl)-1-(2,4-dichlorophenyl) prop-2-en-1-one was prepared from 2-chlorobenzal-dehyde followed by cyclization with hydrazine monohydrate.Eight new derivatives of 3-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-5-(2-chlorophenyl)-4,5-dihydro-N-acylpyrazole were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis,IR and ¹H NMR.The experimental results show that the inhibition rates of compound 3f toward H.Oryzae and P.oryzae at 50 mg/L were 55.2% and 57.1%,respectively,and the inhibition rates of compound 3g toward H.Oryzae,P.oryza,and S.Sclerotiorum.at 50 mg/L were 52.3%,60.0% and 50.4%,respectively.
