Synthesis and Modification of Superparamagnetic Nanocompositions(Fe₃O₄/PVA)/SiO₂

Nanocompositions(Fe₃O₄/PVA)/SiO₂ have been prepared by three-step method(co-precipitation,miniemulsion polymerization,Stöber process) and structurally characterized by TEM.According to the image of Fe₃O₄/PVA/SiO₂ by TEM,the morphology is obviously core-shell structure: the average diameter of Fe₃O₄/PVAc is 100 nm;the diameter of(Fe₃O₄/PVA)/SiO₂ is controllable within a certain range(100~500 nm).And(Fe₃O₄/PVA)/SiO₂-glutaraldehyde can capture BSA within a certain time at a certain tempe-rature.
