Adapted from The Old Man and the Sea, this paper aims at introducing the physiological functions of testosterone, including the biosynthesis of testosterone, its effects in muscle growth and the fluctuation of testosterone level during exercise. This article also provides some exercise guidance to fitness enthusiasts and sport fans.
