双层水凝胶的制备及其pH响应变形实验

  • 为了帮助化学专业的学生掌握高分子水凝胶的制备及其溶胀行为的调控方法,本实验设计了一个刺激响应型水凝胶及其驱动行为的综合性实验。该实验包括三部分:首先,学生通过自由基聚合反应制备响应性与非响应性水凝胶,以理解自由基聚合反应的基本原理;其次,利用两步法制备双层水凝胶,了解层次结构对水凝胶驱动行为的影响;最后,通过调节环境的pH来控制响应型水凝胶的溶胀程度,并研究双层水凝胶的驱动行为。本实验立足于前沿研究热点,既涵盖基础聚合方法制备高分子材料的内容,又涉及功能性胶体材料的性能表征,不仅能够夯实学生对胶体化学的理解,提高实验操作技能,还能加深学生对功能性高分子材料前沿研究的认知,有利于提高学生的综合培养质量。
