第38届中国化学奥林匹克(初赛)第4题考查了对盘状双层胶束的分析与理解，本文结合缓冲溶液公式、分布系数公式等对考题进行了详细的解析，从胶束、超分子视角分析了盘状双层胶束形状形成相关的作用力，并对1,2-二肉豆蔻酰-sn-甘油-3-磷酸醇胺(DMPE)的结构、性质、应用进行了补充和介绍。
