本文介绍了几类经典的,但基础教学中没有展开详解的烯烃的氧化反应,包括烯烃的环氧化、四氧化锇氧化、高锰酸钾氧化、臭氧氧化等反应。根据反应机理不同,这些反应被分成三类分别讲述:环氧化反应,双羟化反应和氧化裂解反应;每一部分内容均包含反应通式、机理、典型例子及拓展等。分类讲述有助于学生真正理解并掌握多种氧化反应的异同,典型例子可以加强学生对氧化反应具体应用的理解。除此之外,特在每类反应中加入拓展部分,包括Sharpless环氧化/双羟化和最新发展的双键绿色氧化断裂反应。希望通过对这些反应的总结和拓展切实帮助学生掌握这类重要反应,同时激发学生的科研兴趣,勇于挑战科学前沿。
