基于科研实验,深入融合有机化学基本理论和实验技术,开发了一项研究型有机化学综合实验。该实验以4-(二乙氨基)水杨醛为原料,通过亲核取代和Knoevenagel缩合反应,合成了一种基于香豆素荧光团的氟离子荧光探针。利用柱层析纯化产物,采用核磁共振技术对产物进行结构表征,最终使用紫外-可见光谱和荧光光谱分析了该探针对氟离子的检测性能。通过本实验,学生不仅加深了对有机化学反应基本原理的学习、牢固掌握了有机化学基本实验操作,而且深入了解有机荧光染料在分子检测和识别中的应用,实现了理论知识与实际应用的有机融合。本实验的“科研反哺教学”模式,有效地将科研创新与教学实践相融合,极大激发了学生学习理论知识的积极性和参与科研实践的热情,培养了学生们的科研素养和创新能力,实验教学效果显著。
