尿酸是嘌呤在人体内代谢的最终产物,如果人们长期食用嘌呤含量高的食物或者不新鲜的各种肉类,使人体尿酸失衡,就容易导致血液中尿酸过高,引发一系列健康问题。本实验制备了一种新型Cd2In2S5纳米晶,将Cd2In2S5纳米晶与丝网印刷碳柔性电极结合,所得电极可用于尿酸检测。可通过检测尿酸含量来监测人体健康状况以及判断肉类新鲜程度。本实验创新性的将神奇的纳米材料走向市场,让中小学生、大学生、社会人群都能明白尿酸检测原理。实验所用材料便宜易得,操作简单,可实现尿酸的居家检测。
Green synthesis of MIL-101/Au composite particles and their sensitivity to Raman detection of thiram

Metal-organic framework (MOF) MIL-101 and surface plasmon polariton (SPP) supported gold nanoparticles (Au NPs) hybrid systems were developed as a highly sensitive and reproducible surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) detection platform, in which a green electrostatic self-assembly technology was adopted to construct the substrate. In an aqueous solution, the electronegativity of the particles can be used to prepare the composite substrate without any surface modifier. Due to the enrichment capacity of MIL-101 and the electromagnetic enhancement from Au NPs, the well-designed MIL-101/Au composites possessed ultrahigh sensitivity with the detection limit of Rhodamine 6G (R6G) as low as 10-10 mol·L-1. Meanwhile, the substrate exhibits high stability, excellent reproducibility, and recyclability. Additionally, the novel substrate can be explored for direct capture, and sensitively detect pesticide residues such as thiram.

药物化学是药事管理专业的重要课程,本文以“顺铂的抗癌功能发现”为载体,深入挖掘抗肿瘤药物的思政案例,以顺铂为例,延伸至金属类药物,并对其他机制类抗肿瘤药物进行探讨,总结其相关作用靶点及抗肿瘤机制,体现抗肿瘤药物的多样性。本课程通过采用系统讲授和案例教学相结合,翻转课堂等教学方式来调动学生的学习兴趣,并将课程思政理念贯彻教学过程,提高教学效果。本教学模式旨在锻炼学生创新思维、提高学生实践能力、强化学生思政意识。

Two metal-organic frameworks (MOFs), trans-[Co(L)(μ2-H2O)(H2O)2]·2H2O (1) and cis-[Mn(L)(Bipy)] (2) (H2L=2, 2′-dimethyl-4, 4′-biphenyldicarboxylic acid, Bipy=4, 4′-bipyridine), have been synthesized and characterized by FTIR, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), powder and single crystal X-ray diffraction. MOF 1 crystallizes in the triclinic system with a P1 space group and contains two crystallographically different Co(Ⅱ) ions. Each trans-[CoO6] octahedron is connected by μ2-H2O and L2- ligand with a bis(unidentate) coordination mode to produce a 2D sql topological network. MOF 2 crystallizes in the monoclinic system with a C2/c space group. The Mn(Ⅱ) cation adopts a cis-[MnO4N2] octahedron as a 6-connected node and is linked by L2- ligand as a 4-connected node to generate a binodal (4, 6)-connected 3D fsc framework. The intermolecular interactions in 1 and 2 have been investigated by 3D Hirshfeld surface analyses and 2D fingerprint plots to reveal that the main interactions are H…H and O…H/H…O contacts in 1, and H…H and C…H/H…C contacts in 2. The TGA indicated that 1 and 2 were stable below 390 and 370 ℃, respectively.
