Hydrogen Diffusion in Amorphous Ti0.88Ni1.00 Film

摘要: Hydrogen diffusion coefficients in amorphous Ti0.88Ni1.00 film were measured using electrochemical permeation technique.Diffusion coefficients increased with increasing hydrogen concentration.Activation energy of hydrogen diffusion was determined through measurement of the steady state anodic diffusion current density as a function of temperature,and an equation was derived to calculate the activation energy.
