An Efficient Synthesis of Aromatic 1-Hydroxymethylene-1,1-bisphosphonates from Aldehydes
摘要:
A simple and efficient procedure for synthesis of 1-hydroxymcthylene-1,1-bisphosphoates from aldehydes is deseribed. This method was applied to the synthesis of nowel catcchol substituted bisphosphonatcs as the anti-ostcoporosis agents.
