摘要:
The chemical structure of an exopolysaecharide (EPS) produced by Sorangium cellulosum NUST06 was investigated. The EPS was found to have molecular masses greater than 2×,106Da. and consisted ofD-glucose, D-mannose and D-glucuronic aeid in a ratio of 5:4:1. The analytieal results of methylation and nuelear magnetic resonance spectra suggested the EPS consist of following tetrasaeeharide repeating units:→4)-β-D-Glup-(1→4)-β-D-Glup-(1→4)-β-D-Glup-(1→???
