苯钕络合物的合成及其对丁二烯聚合的催化活性
摘要:
利用热原子蒸汽法合成稀土金属有机化合物,近几年来才有报导[1]。Evans等[3-8]报导了用La、Sm、Nd、Er、Yb等金属原子蒸汽与乙烯、丙烯、丁二烯、1,2-丙二烯和已炔反应合成稀土有机金属络合物。Dekock[7]曾将La、Ce、Nd、Er、Yb等稀土金属原子与环辛四烯反应,分别得到有机金属给合物,[La2(C8H8)3]·2C4H8O;Ce2(C8H8)3;[Nd2(C8H8)3]·2C4H8O;Yb(C8H8);[Er2(C8H8)3]·2C4H8O。本文研究了金属钕在高温高真空下所产生的蒸汽与苯在-196℃反应的规律和所得产物组成和性质。

SYNTHESIS OF BENZENE-NEODYMIUM COMPLEX AND ITS CATALYTIC ACTIVITY ON THE POLYMERIZATION OF BUTADIENE
Abstract:
In this paper the reaction of Nd metal vapor produced at high temperature below 10-5 mmHg with bezene at -196℃ to give benzeneneodymium complex has been investigated. The chemical composition of the product was identified as (C6H6)3Nd2 by chemical analysis. The product is a black needle solid, insoluble in organic solvents, stable at room temperature, extremely sensitive to air and moisture and pyrophoric in air. The complex decomposes by water and alcohol, evolving hydrogen. Combined with Al2Et3Cl3 the complex polymerizes butadiene to polymer with cis-1,4 content of 77.3%, trans-1,4 17.4%, and 1,2 5.3%.
