甲烷氧化催化剂的初步研究
摘要:
在Sn-Zr和Sn-Zr-Ce氧化物系列上,对甲烷氧化制甲醛进行了研究。用程序升温脱附方法研究了正丁胺和氧在这些催化剂上的吸、脱附行为。发现生成甲醛的比活性与Sn/Zr比以及催化剂中的铈含量有关。TPD谱上获得的结果表明生成甲醛的比活性与催化剂的酸性和氧的吸附态有关。X-光衍射图表明,催化剂中锡的氧化物是主要的活性组份。

OXIDATION OF METHANE ON Sn-Zr AND Sn-Zr-Ce OXIDE CATALYSIS
Abstract:
The oxidation of methane to formaldehyde on various Sn-Zr and Sn-Zr-Ce oxide catalysts have been investigated. The adsorption-desorption of n-butylamine and oxygen on the catalysts have been carried out by temperature programmed desorption method. The yield of formaldehyde was found to be correlative with Sn/Zr ratio and the amount of cerium in the catalysts. The activity of the catalyst in the formation of formaldehyde from methane was dependent upon the acidity of the catalyst and chemisorption states of oxygen. The results obtained from X-ray diffraction show that there is a strong influence of oxides of Sn in the catalyst on the activity.
