Ba-Y-Cu-O超导体的研究
摘要:
自从Bednorz和Muller[1]发现Ba-La-Cu-O超导体以来,引起了人们的极大兴趣,掀起了研究高Tc超导体的热潮。目前认为Ba-Y-Cu-O体系最佳,已获得Tc超过90K的超导体[2-4]。但对Ba-Y-Cu-O体系的合成、结构与性质尚无详细报导。本文合成了Ba-Y-Cu-O超导体、并对其结构和性质作一些报导。

STUDY ON Ba-Y-Cu-O SUPERCONDUCTER
Abstract:
Samples were prepared from oxides in the atomic ratio of Ba:Y:Cu=1:1:1 by solid state reaction.The appearnce of the products ranges from dark to green and a few of them are not uniform in color.They are stable in air and disintegretes into powder when immersed in water. They show Meissner effect; R-T curves of them show zero-resistence temperature at 85.9-88.4K. X-ray diffraction pattern shows that it is a multiphase system and one of the main phase is orthogonal with cell constants of a=3.86, b=3.84, c=11.62Å. SEM photos show that there are two species in micromorphology With composition of Ba:Y:Cu=1:2:1 and 3:2:5 respectively, through EDS measurements.
