三亚甲基苯并咪唑取代三氮环壬烷镍配合物的合成、表征、电化学性质及其与DNA的作用

摘要: 本文合成了一个新的镍配合物:[Ni(tribentacn)](ClO4)2,(tribentacn为1,4,7-三亚甲基苯并咪唑-1,4,7-三氮环壬烷),用元素分析、红外光谱等手段对其进行了表征,并用X-射线衍射单晶结构分析测定了配合物的晶体结构。该配合物晶体属三斜晶系,P1空间群;中心离子镍位于6个氮原子形成的畸变八面体的中心;还研究了该配合物的电化学性质及其与DNA的作用。
