摘要: A mild and efficient method for the conversion of alcohols to their corresponding methoxymethyl ethers and acetates using benzyltriphenylphosphonium tribromide (BTPTB) as catalyst is described. All reactions were performed under completely heterogeneous reaction conditions in good to high yields.
