三组份烧结型气敏元件的研制
摘要:
烧结型半导体气敏元件的主要材料是 SnO2、ZnO和γ-Fe2O3[1-3],虽然三种金属氧化物都是属于n型半导体,但由于各自的晶体和电性能的差异,所以过去人们多以单一组份为母体,掺入少量的添加物和催化剂来制作气敏元件[4-5]。

PREPARATION OF THREE-COMPONENT GAS-SENSITIVE ELEMENT OF SINTERING TYPE
Abstract:
Some gas-sensitive elements were prepared by sintering the mixture of SnO2, ZnO and Fe2O3. Most of the elements reported here were found to have higher sensitivity to C4H10, shorter response time and small dissipation value.
