尼龙610的多重熔融行为及其平衡热力学参数
摘要:
用DSC,WAXD等方法研究了尼龙610的多重熔融行为。在DSC热谱图上,观察到三个熔融峰并按照部分熔融及分级熔融的观点对各峰的来源作了讨论。根据程序升温及等温结晶和比容测定的结果,求得尼龙610的T°m及ΔH°m的值分别为517.6K及211.7j/g。

MULTIPLE MELTING BEHAVIOUR AND EQUILIBRIUM THERMODYNAMIC PARAMETERS OF NYLON 610
Abstract:
Multiple melting behaviour of nylon 610 has been studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and wide angle X-ray diffractometry (WAXD). Three melting peaks were observed on the DSC thermogram. According to both the partial inelting and the fractional melting viewpoints, the respective origin of the peaks was discussed. From the results obtained by programmed heating, isothermal crystallization and specific volume measurement, the equilibrium thermodynamic parameters T°m and △H°m of nylon 610 were estimated to be 517.6K and 211.7 J/g respectively.
