浸渍法制备的ZnO/r-Al2O3催化剂的宏观结构特点
摘要:
本文系统考察了浸渍法制备的ZnO/γ-Al2O3催化剂的宏观结构,研究了所生成的缺锌铝酸锌(ZnxAl2O3+x,0 < x < 1)的晶粒度及样品比表面的变化规律。结果表明,浸渍法制得的缺锌铝酸锌在制备和使用温度下基本保持γ-Al2O3的孔结构。据此,可以制取各种孔结构的ZnxAl2O3+x以满足不同的要求,而共沉淀制备法难以做到这一点。

THE MACROSTRUCTURE CHARACTERISTICS OF ZnO/γ-Al2O3 OBTAINED BY IMPREGNATION METHOD
Abstract:
In this papar, the macrostructure of ZnO/γ-Al2O3 samples prepared by impregnation method has been investigated systematically. The pattern of change in crystallite size and in specific surface area of the formed zinc-deficient zinc aluminate (Znx Al2O3+x 0 < X < 1) has been studied. The original pore structure of γ-Al2O3 was found to be roughly retained in Znx Al2O3+x prepared by impregnation at the temperature used in preparation and operation of catalysts, so by using the impregnation method one can prepare Znx Al2O3+x of different pore structure to satisfy various demands, Which is hardly realized in coprecipitation method.
