An Efficient Synthesis of Dicyclohexylmethyl Diazoacetate

Dicyclohexylmethyl diazoacetate was synthesized in excellent yield from the corresponding glycinate. which was derived in high yield from dicyclohexylmethyl chloroacetatc via azide substitutuion. and reduction.
