Microwave-assisted Green and Efficient Synthesis of N6-(2-Hydroxyethyl)adenosine and its Analogues

摘要: An efficient protocol for the synthesis of N6-(2-Hydroxyethyl)adenosine and its analogues through nucleophilic substitution was developed. All the reactions were completed in 10 min under microwave irradiation. Using water as solvent makes our method eco-friendly and easy to handle with.
