The cleavage of DNA (pUC₁₈) by lipophilic macrocyclic polyamine Co(Ⅱ) complex was investigated in metallomicellar system. The results showed that the conversion of plasmid DNA (pUC₁₈) increases with the increase of the concentration of complex under physiological conditions.
