朊病毒分子结构及其性质研究进展

摘要: 本文简要地概述了朊病毒蛋白PrPC和朊病毒PrPSc的化学结构,同时概括了当今国际上几种新的研究朊病毒分子结构的思路。在分子水平上,总结了朊病毒分子结构及性质的研究方法。
