CATALYTIC ANODIC STRIPPING VOLTAMMETRIC DETERMINATION OF L-DOPA

Determination of L-DOPA by anodic stripping voltammetry on Nafion modified glassy carbon electrode has been catalyzed and improved with addition of sodium sulfate. The optimum condition of determination is described. The variation coefficient of six parallel de-terminations was 3.83% and the detection limit was 5.0×1.0^-8 mol/L.The mechanism of the electrode reaction is briefiy discussed.
