2,5-二甲基-3,4-二乙酰基-1-芳基吡咯的合成
摘要:
吡咯的多取代衍生物中,许多都具有很强的生理活性,现已发现不少1-芳基取代吡咯在止痛、局部麻醉、降低血液中胆固醇、抗炎、抗白血病和降血压等方面具有明显的生理活性,因而其合成引起了人们的兴趣,对Paal-Knorr缩合机制[1]、多取代吡咯的谱学特征进行了研究[2].利用1,4-二酮与苯胺反应合成1-芳基吡咯衍生物曾有许多报道[3~6].近来发现,某些2,5-二甲基-3,4-二乙酰基-1-芳基吡咯具有良好的解痉活性,但报道的化合物不多[7].本文应用乙酰丙酮的偶联产物3,4-二乙酰基-2,5-己二酮[8]在酸性介质中与苯胺及取代苯胺作用,得到了2,5-二甲基-3,4-二乙酰基-1-芳基吡咯(a~j).d~j的合成未见文献报道.

Synthesis of 1-Aryl-2,5-dimethyl-3,4-diacetylpyrrole Derivatives
Abstract:
Ten 1-aryl-2,5-dimethyl-3,4-diacetylpyrroles were synthesized by reaction of 3,4-diacetyl-2,5-hexanedione with substituted phenylamine in acid medium. The structures of all compounds were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR and high resolution MS.
