Electrochemical Properties of Cu(IO₃)₂ Prepared by Solid-state Reaction Method in Alkaline Electrolytes

Cu(IO₃)₂ was prepared by solution reaction and solid phase reaction, respectively.The different morphologies and electrochemical properties of the as-prepared materials were studied by means of SEM,X-ray diffraction(XRD),AC impedance,line sweep voltammetry and galvanostatic discharge experiments.The results show that the Cu(IO₃)₂ prepared by the solid-state reaction method shows better electrochemical properties,and the actual discharge capacity reaches to 891.5 mA·h/g close to the theoretical capacity,900 mA·h/g of Cu(IO₃)₂.
