STUDY ON REGULARITES OF GRAFT COPOLYMERIZATION OF ACRYLIC ACID INTO FUNGAL CELL WALL
Abstract:
For the aim of getting macromolecular flocculant,we studied the copolymerization of acrylic acid
onto Rhi.oryzae cell wall structural polysaccharide by the initiation of cefic ammonium nitrate.The effect of concentration of initiator and monomer,reaction temperature and reaction time on grafting percentage was investigated.To Rhi.oryzae cell wall structural polysaccharide the maximal grafring percentage of 135.5% was achieved at [Ce+4]=5mmol/L,[AA]=lmol/L,T=60℃,t=3h.Then choosing organic dyes as the flocculated substances,by comparing with the chitosan,polyacrylamide and Rhi.oryzae cell wall structural polysaccharide hefore grafting,we studied the flocculent capability of Rhi.oryzae cell wall structural polysaccharide after grafting acrylic acid.The grafting product had excellent flocculent effect on
basic and neutral dyes.
