A Study Travel of Sodium Nitrite

Food preservatives, which have greatly extended the shelf life of food, play an important role in modern food industry. With the improvement of living standards, people are more and more concerned about food safety. However, many misunderstandings still exist. This paper introduces the food preservation principle of several kinds of food preservatives, as well as their advantages and disadvantages by anthropomorphic method, aiming at popularizing the knowledge of scientific preservatives to the public.
