适应新时代发展需求，围绕创新人才培养目标，立足生源实际，郑州大学化学学院砥砺求索，建立了一套卓有成效的化学拔尖人才培养体系——励志导师制、“两横两纵”课程群、“两法两能”养成路及党建思想引领制。历经十余年的实践，这种多措协同并举的培养体系运行成效显著，为同类院校培养具有国际竞争力的拔尖人才提供了可资借鉴的经验。
