新工科背景下石油石化特色应用化学一流专业建设实践

西安石油大学应用化学专业依托石油与天然气工程一级学科博士点、化学一级学科硕士点，以国家能源化工产业发展和“一带一路”国际人才需求为导向，以“新工科”理念为引领，秉承“石油石化”传统办学特色，制定并实施了契合我国油气勘探开发一体化需求的专业培养方案。专业建设以专业核心课程金课建设为抓手，创建了工程问题引领的课程群，并将课程思政有机融入，实现协同育人。重视师资队伍建设，逐步提高双师型教师比例，持续强化了基础化学和专业特色多学科背景教师间的融合。推动相关学科交叉融合，提倡创新创业教育，深化产学研结合，建成9个实验实践教学平台，与5家单位建立完备的实习基地。全面提升了人才培养质量和专业建设水平，已发展成为我国西部油气田化学特色优势专业，于2020年获批省级一流专业建设。
